I called Getaroom.com customer service and the rep gave me the same run around as the Hotel Values rep and would not answer my questions. I called all of the Getaroom.com phone numbers ( (469) 675-5368, (800)-468-3578, (800)327-1200 ) but all I got was an automated system asking if I wanted to schedule a reservation.
